Giving to COSI
Gifts are what make our organization possible and we are most grateful for all gifts we receive. Individuals and firms that donate to COSI give the gift of hands-on discovery and learning, which is absolutely necessary to be successful and shine in today’s highly competitive technological world. Gifts of any type and amount help to provide the equipment, furnishings, and space necessary to provide platforms for opportuning students the costly technology to conduct demanding research.
If you are interested hardware, software, monetary, or any other form of donation, we are grateful for your generosity and are glad that you have come here. If you would like to donate to COSI monetarily, you may do so through Campaign for Clarkson. Any money donated there will come directly to us, as long as you place ‘COSI’ in the ‘Restricted gift to support’ field. If you would like to donate to our organization in any other manner, please contact Peter Turner, chair of the Math and Computer Science department.
Items we are currently in special need of:
- Uninterruptable Power Supplies: New and/or used UPS units of every capacity, both 110 and 220 volts, would be beneficial for the new equipment we have received.
- Category 6 Networking Cable: Boxes of CAT6 cable would be beneficial for the amount of wiring we regularly do in the labs, and especially while still connecting equipment in our newly-renovated labs.
- Anything you or your firm feels we could use!
