Steps For Non-Members
When a lab machine appears to be broken, please report it to any COSI member that is present in the lab.
Steps for COSI Members
Lab machines should be repaired as quickly as possibly. For instructions on how to do so ask either Jeremy Bongio or Ryan Lewis.
If the restoration process does not solve the issue, place a note prominently at the top of the monitor stating that it is broken and if known, a short summary of what is wrong with the machine and then open a new bug report in Mantis so someone can repair the machine.
